YOUTH LEADER
Do life with a group of six to ten students during their most influential years.
ROLE PURPOSE
We’re looking for authentic young adults and adults who are willing to listen, have fun, ask questions, and show up consistently.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Arrive on Tuesdays to facilitate discussion, be an available and listening ear, and follow-up with them as needed.

Training
We provide intro practical and policy training, with ongoing check-ins and support.
Staff Coaching
You'll be coached by the Family Ministry Pastor and be part of a dynamic team of volunteers.
Online Resources
We'll provide discussion questions and other content that will help keep your small group talking. You'll serve your group of students with another leader.
COMMITMENT LEVEL
Weekly on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 pm, from September to June
