SERVE ON THE WORSHIP TEAM
To Lead or assist the congregation in musical worship.
ROLE PURPOSE
Intermediate to experienced vocalists and musicians with a heart for working together and for helping people focus, connect and express to God through music.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Serve and contribute to all aspects of the worship band including individual practice, rehearsal and leading for services and other special seasons.

Training
Depending on your level of experience, we have several ways of training and integrating. Each person will audition and then be given a path for developing within the teams.
Staff Coaching
You'll be coached by the Creative Arts Pastor and be part of a dynamic team of creatives. Depending on skill level, new team members will be partnered with a mentor to develop within the ministry.
Online Resources
Scheduling and music resources for practicing are made available online, as well as links to training and growing as a worshipper and musician.
COMMITMENT LEVEL
Monthly rotation of a Sunday Service that includes Wednesday night rehearsal, pre-practicing and pre-planning.
Quarterly creative meetings and Check-Ins.
