Strategic Plan

Every 3 years, the strategic plan of Bethany Community Church is examined and updated in order to keep us, as a church, focused on our goals for the future. Throughout the first half of 2015, several staff members, board members and many Bethany volunteers gave their input into Bethany's next 3 years! And so, we present Bethany's Strategic Plan 2015-2018!

You may be asking yourself, "Is that ALL there is to Bethany's Strategic Plan?" Yes! We want everyone who calls Bethany their church home to own this plan - both corporately and personally and to remember it and so we've purposely designed it to be a simple and visual. This "swirl" is why we, Bethany Community Church, exist and what we hope to continue to accomplish for the next 3 years.

As a church we want to continue to focus on....

WORSHIP - respond to God

COMMUNITY - establish relationships, support families, provide care

MISSION - develop leaders, impact others

Our priorities are...

Priority 1: Experience and express our love for God.

Priority 2: Become directly involved in the lives of others.

Priority 3: Lead all people in their next steps towards an authentic relationship with Christ and others.

Our 6 Strategic Goals are...

1.1 Offer experiences that will deepen faith.

2.1 Develop meaningful relationships locally, regionally and globally.

2.2 Equip each other to provide nurturing environments for faith development.

2.3 Provide and coordinate avenues of support, connection and personal care.

3.1 Help people realize and use their God-given gifts and talents.

3.2 Participate in God's mission to impact our church, community and world.

While our Strategic Goals change over time, our mission remains the same:
