They assist people to locate the Nursery, Rainbow Connection registration and other amenities; converse with visitors in a sensitive manner; seek to obtain as much information as possible about new people without invading anonymity and invite new people and visitors to the coffee and refreshment time after the service.

Volunteer Position Title: Usher

They ensure that each person is handed a bulletin; guide those who wish to the seats available; distribute bibles, worship guides and other materials and assist in receiving tithes and offerings.

They refer new attendees and visitors to Guest Connection or provide guest packets; obtain information about new people, without invading their need to be anonymous, and record the information. They invite new people and visitors to the coffee and refreshment time after the service and they assist people to find ministry kiosks or other information.
